By signing up for any of our services, your credit card will be charged. Once you are an active member, your account will be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription period. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled by e-mail, you are authorizing ShortPicks.com to charge your credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of your membership.

Besides your name, billing address and e-mail address, we do not have access to or keep any information about you on file. We do not sell your information or e-mail address, nor under any circumstances do we make it available to any third party. We do not abuse the trust you have placed in us by using your e-mail for any purpose other than sending you order receipts, price alerts and our electronic communications to which you may have subscribed. We process all financial transactions through PayPal. Their payment system is housed on secure, encrypted servers, and all of your personal information is kept private. Under no circumstances do we, any member of our staff or any unauthorized person(s) have access to any form of your credit card, bank, or PayPal information. When ordering any of our services, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your purchase, the seller and the dollar amount of the transaction.

Unlike companies that provide a tangible product that can be returned for a refund, our product is information. It can be used immediately upon viewing, and there is no product to return. Unfortunately, there will always be the threat of individuals trying to get a "freebie", to some degree, by both getting a refund and utilizing our information.  However, if there is just cause for a refund in certain circumstances, we may issue one. Such situations will be reviewed on a stringent case-by-case basis. For example, if our website or e-mail system was down for any protracted length of time or if someone purchased the service twice by accident, a refund would be merited and promptly issued to the customer.

We will not refund for reasons such as e-mail and computer difficulties outside of our control, problems with a customer's computer or internet service provider, or arguments such as:  "Your picks didn't do as well as I had wanted."; "I thought the updates and picks would be e-mailed directly to me."; "I changed my mind about paying for the subscription."; "I haven't really used the service that much."; "I didn't trade any of the stocks you featured."; "I thought I would get a new stock pick every single day."; "I didn't know I had to have the services of a broker to trade stocks."; "I lost money in the market after using your information."; "Customer didn't read the disclaimer before subscribing and thus didn't know about policy X, Y, Z, etc."

We absolutely and positively honor all cancellation requests. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the subscriber. Cancellations must be requested via e-mail to cancel@shortpicks.com. When a subscriber requests termination, subscription fees are not refunded. Rather, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the subscription would become inactive and the account cancelled. Cancellation of service is not official until the subscriber receives an email confirmation from ShortPicks.com.

ShortPicks.com reserves the right to cancel and nullify any subscriber's membership to any service or subscription.
